At Canada Homecare Group, we are proud to have Ebian Ali, RN BScN, as our Clinical Manager. Ebian is a highly skilled healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience in nursing, specializing in geriatrics. Her dedication to improving the quality of life for seniors and marginalized populations is second to none.

Ebian's passion for healthcare began as a registered nurse in long-term care, where she gained valuable experience managing complex health conditions in seniors. Over the years, she has taken on various roles in teaching and mentoring nursing students, charge nurses, and assistant head nurses. This breadth of experience has given her a well-rounded perspective and a wealth of knowledge, which she applies to provide her patients the highest level of care.

Ebian's commitment to excellence in senior care led her to pursue a Masters in nursing from the University of Alberta, where she focused on geriatrics. During her program, her research project highlighted her dedication to improving the quality of life for seniors. Ebian's expertise, skills, and education in senior care make her a valuable asset to the Canada Homecare Group team.

Ebian's passion for community work is reflected in her active volunteerism in supporting marginalized populations. Her activism has benefitted the vulnerable, always advocating for them and wanting to improve outcomes. She believes that culture and language should never be barriers to accessing health, and she works to break those barriers down.
