Heather Carleton is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in geriatrics. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Specialization in Aging in 2014. Heather's passion for providing accessible health care that supports older adults age in place led her to join the Canada Homecare Group (CHG) team in supportive living.

Before joining CHG, Heather worked as an NP in a seniors clinic for 8 years, where she gained a wealth of experience in providing comprehensive care to older adults. Before becoming an NP, Heather worked as a RN in the intensive care unit and emergency department, after completing a Nursing After Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2009. Heather's diverse educational background includes a Science degree from the University of Alberta from 2007.

Heather's expertise in geriatric care, combined with her commitment to providing compassionate and accessible healthcare, makes her a valuable asset to the CHG team. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults and ensuring they receive the care they need to age comfortably in their own homes.
